The Assam Pollution Control Board (APCB) on June 17, 2026, issued a notification regarding the validity of CCA/CTO/Authorization.
The following has been stated:-
•The Assam Pollution Control Board has revised its earlier orders to allow renewal of CCA/CTO/Authorization for Stone Crushing Units and LAMC Bee Hive Coke Oven/Crushing Units for either one year or five years, subject to compliance with Board conditions.
•Additionally, all Stone Crushing Units must submit a GST No Dues Certificate every June for the preceding financial year to meet GST-related requirements while maintaining statutory consent timelines.
•The Board clarified that acceptance of the certificate does not amount to verification or certification of GST compliance.
•The notification comes into force with immediate effect and is subject to post-facto approval by the Board.
